Heath Hansell, PE – Bio
Mr. Heath Hansell is a Coastal / Waterfront Engineer with Applied Technology and Management (ATM), based in their Charleston, SC office. Mr. Hansell, a licensed professional engineer, has been with ATM for seven years, focusing on projects that involve the breadth and depth of the coastal engineering discipline. These include things such beach and inlet management programs, coastal structures, marinas and waterfront development, and coastal resiliency and flood mapping projects. Though focused in the southeast US and Caribbean, Mr. Hansell has been involved in projects throughout the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East. Mr. Hansell earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University and a MS in Ocean Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology. For the past two years, Mr. Hansell has served as the professional engineer of record for the ongoing coastal works here on Jekyll Island.
