ATM provides
comprehensive scientific and engineering support, while
simultaneously identifying and then serving our clients that have a
need to (1) satisfy regulatory requirements through permitting
efforts; (2) solve complex environmental problems through
comprehensive and creative studies; (3) manage/create/monitor
"environmental-based" sites.
We develop customized comprehensive environmental programs that
result in the best solution for both our clients and the
environment.
Our environmental consultants provide environmental assessments,
environmental impact studies, and biological surveys throughout the
U.S., the Caribbean, and the Bahamas.
Since 1984 ATM
engineers and scientists have worked with hotel/resort developers
and public agencies to complete environmental impact assessments (EIAs)
and to solve complex environmental and development issues. We have
provided EIA services for clients in the Bahamas (where we are the
leading supplier of these services) as well as throughout the United
States, Turks & Caicos, Latin America, Mexico, and the Middle East.
The EIA process often requires a developer to offset anticipated
environmental impacts through mitigation. Our mitigation plans are
designed to provide long-term, ecologically-balanced alternatives to
avoid, minimize, and monitor the potential impacts of a proposed
development.
From pre-development EIAs to mitigation planning and implementation,
ATM provides the regulatory, scientific, and technical strategies
needed for the success of sustainable development projects
worldwide.

ECOLOGICAL STUDIES |
Ecological issues
and their associated regulatory challenges affect many
public- and private-sector organizations. At ATM, our
approach to ecological studies incorporates a comprehensive
assessment of our client's immediate project needs relative
to their long-term goals. We also routinely coordinate with
local, state, and federal agencies to ensure studies are
designed which address both client and agency requirements.
ATM’s comprehensive capabilities in sampling design, data
collection, analysis, and interpretation ensure effective
studies of all ecosystem types:
• Ecosystem Inventories and Change Studies
• Ecological Modeling
• Regulatory Compliance Monitoring
