Services Rendered
The proposed marina at Puerto Careyes is strategically located to attract transient vessels traveling between Los Cabos, Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta and Acapulco as a stopover destination. The marina will accommodate seasonal as well as some permanent boaters in conjunction with the development of estate homes, villas, and waterfront condominiums. The marina village will introduce a waterfront real estate product new to this area of Mexico, and will provide a unique housing product for the yachtsman and those who desire to reside in a marina village. The village will also provide a much-needed commercial area for the remote and private Careyes Resort. In addition to the planned marina village, Puerto Careyes will also feature numerous high-end facilities, including a marina club, megayacht center, drystack storage, and waterfront residential properties. Applied Technology & Management, Inc. was contracted by Grupo Plan to conduct a marina market overview and assessment, site visit, an on-site workshop, a marina feasibility assessment, and provide support and coordination for team meetings and the design of the final report.
