Project Summary Promotora de Desarrollos de Puerto Cancun initiated a comprehensive revision of the Master Plan for this project during 2003. In support of the project, ATM prepared a detailed marina market study factoring all potential boating segments and their relationships with various elements of the Master Plan. The integrated layout analyses resulted in a main marina basin that includes specific sectors for residential users, sportfishers and transients, an exclusive megayacht area, and a system of canals with private docks. ATM produced the engineering feasibility analysis and cost estimates for each of the project’s waterside components, and developed financial projections and a phasing strategy for project development. ATM personnel worked closely with various international and local consultants, and completed their services within a very aggressive timetable.
