Project Summary ATM provided services to Ocean World Aquatic Park & Marina in support of the facility's marina design. The marina basin geometry and breakwater were already determined when ATM began work on the project. ATM's services included the marina plan review, docking layout, conceptual design, and assessment of alternatives. Located in Playa Cofresi along the Puerto Plata coast of the Dominican Republic, Ocean World is a zoological marine park that offers guests the opportunity to swim and snorkel among marine animals in “the world's largest dolphin lagoon.” In addition to its tropical rainforest and numerous animal attractions, Ocean World plans to offer the first full-service marina along this stretch of the Atlantic Ocean coastline.
