Project
SummaryATM is the marina consultant for the Koncha Zaspa Resort Project located along
the Dniper river south of Kyiv (Kiev), Ukraine. The resort will be the first
of its kind in the region, and will include a yacht club, marina, an 18-hole
golf course, a five star hotel, and a variety of residential products.
ATM participated in a one-week site visit and planning charrette with the
design team in Kiev, which lead to the definition of the Conceptual Master
Plan for the resort.
ATM’s services to date include assessment of the physical aspects
of the marina island site and shoreline environment, marina engineering feasibility
analysis, and the conceptual design for a 173-slip marina. The marina conceptual
design included the definition of typical boat sizes and slip
mix, a proposed marina layout (matching
expected resort guest demands), a preliminary infrastructure
phasing, and boat service facility recommendations.
ATM has completed marina planning support for the Final Master Plan phase.
