We have an immediate opening for a Marketing Assistant in our Gainesville office. Candidate will assist in the creation and production of proposals and other marketing materials. Marketing Assistant will assist in all aspects of proposal production including drafting, proofing, formatting, editing, copying, binding and quality control. Other work duties include developing qualifications packages, cutsheets and reviewing requests for proposals in a fast paced work environment.

Must have the following skills:

• Microsoft Office

• Excellent writing skills

• Excellent editing and proofing skills

Must have a Bachelors or Associates in English, Marketing or related field and 1-3 years of work experience in marketing, editing, or document production. Prior work experience with an engineering consulting firm is preferred.
