Our medical and dental insurance plans provide high quality coverage at a low cost. ATM pays a generous portion of both of these plans making them affordable for all eligible employees.
Life Insurance
A group Life Insurance Plan has been provided to give basic protection to all full-time employees.
Disability
Disability insurance is a "must have" protection. ATM provides short-term and long-term disability insurance and long-term care coverage (nursing home or in-home care) at no cost to employees. Employees may also choose to purchase additional long-term care coverage for members of their immediate families.
401(k) Plan
We provide the opportunity for all full-time employees to participate in our 401(k) Retirement Plan. Employees choose to save 0-20% of their annual earnings in the plan. ATM matches a portion of the money they save.
Paid Time Off
We encourage employees to periodically take time off to rest, recharge and spend time with family and friends. Flexibility is the goal of our generous paid time off benefit. This plan allows employees to use their discretion in taking time off when they need it—either for vacation or for personal reasons. The plan provides 16 days of paid time off annually for the first five years, and increases there after.
Holidays
We observe eight paid holidays each year.
Professional Development
At ATM, we encourage "lifelong learning". We realize that as our employees develop in their present jobs and are prepared for advancement, our firm's overall capability strengthens. Therefore, we cover 80% of the cost of books and tuition for approved college level courses and 100% of the cost of approved conferences, short courses and seminars.
Flexible Schedule
ATM offers flexible schedule options to help our employees balance their work and family life. Options such as shifted or condensed schedules are available to all employees.
