ATM Marina Studio Leader and Senior Project Manager Esteban Biondi was one of nearly 50 speakers to take part in the newly expanded 2012 Ragatz Fractional & Resort Real Estate Conference. The event, which in its 11-year history has focused on fractional interests, private residence clubs and destination clubs, for the first time featured wholly-owned resort condominiums, single-family detached vacation homes, master-planned destination resort communities and holiday rentals. After a lengthy process that involved the three finalists being given $50,000 each to develop concepts, Michael Maltzan Architect's concept - The Lens - was chosen winner of this international competition to redevelop the historic St. Petersburg Pier. ATM is proud to be part of this team, providing permitting, coastal and marine engineering. Michael Maltzan Architecture is based in Los Angeles.
