ATM's Esteban Biondi Contributes to Ragatz Resort Real Estate 2012 Conference

ATM Marina Studio Leader and Senior Project Manager Esteban Biondi was one of nearly 50 speakers to take part in the newly expanded 2012 Ragatz Fractional & Resort Real Estate Conference. The event, which in its 11-year history has focused on fractional interests, private residence clubs and destination clubs, for the first time featured wholly-owned resort condominiums, single-family detached vacation homes, master-planned destination resort communities and holiday rentals. Dr. Steve Peene to Serve on WERF Site-Specific Nutrient Criteria Project Sub-Committee

ATM is part of the Winning Design Team for New St. Petersburg Pier

After a lengthy process that involved the three finalists being given $50,000 each to develop concepts, Michael Maltzan Architect's concept - The Lens - was chosen winner of this international competition to redevelop the historic St. Petersburg Pier. ATM is proud to be part of this team, providing permitting, coastal and marine engineering. Michael Maltzan Architecture is based in Los Angeles.

Two members of ATM's Marina and Waterfront Services team will present seminars at the 2012 International Marina & Boatyard Conference. IMBC is the only conference specifically geared toward marina and boatyard owners, operators, and managers as well as dock masters, harbormasters, boat builders and repairers, and industry consultants. It is where dedicated marine professionals gather to exchange information, talk about the future of the industry, explore new methods and techniques, receive updates on revised standards and established rules, and discover new products.
